I have found that working with savory appetizers in the Babycakes Cake Pop Cooker that meats and cheeses sometimes leave residue in the wells. Here is an easy cleanup method, if needed. Simply put about a quarter to half teaspoon of water into the wells and close the lid. The water will boil and steam in the wells and after a few seconds, open lid and unplug. Just a warning, the boiling water will probably leak out onto the counter a little bit. Let cool and dump out any extra water and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
