Babycakes Surprise Popper

I have been experimenting again with my Babycakes Cake Pop Maker.  I love it and highly recommend it for you people who like snacks and who entertain.  This Babycakes Suprise Popper has a chocolate middle (surprise!).

My new experiment consists of simple ingredients:

Chocolate Balls (Hershey Kisses may work), a tube of 7.5 oz. refrigerator biscuits, and cinnamon/sugar blend.
Open tube and divide all the biscuits apart and cut in half.

Flatten out a piece of dough and place a chocolate ball in the middle.

Wrap up sides all around the ball pinching seam and roll between your hands to round out.

It should look like this.

Roll in cinnamon/sugar blend to cover outside.

Place in Babycakes Cake Pop Maker and cook for 4 minutes.

This is what they look like after cooking 4 minutes.  You will need the fork that comes with the machine to remove from the cooker.

(Before and after cooking.)

Add a powder sugar, milk and vanilla glaze, if desired.  I have no recipe for this, I just put about 2/3 cup of powder sugar in a bowl with about a teaspoon of milk and about 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.  These are just guestimates on the measurements.  I just kind of eyeball it.  This is the cooling rack that is supplied.  If you are going to put a glaze on your surprise poppers, place a piece of wax paper under the rack to catch the drippings.  It will make cleanup easier.

Ooey and gooey chocolate on the inside.  Wish you were here!  I hope you try these, they are great!
